Participation and Cancellation Terms
The EAIVT International Markets Congress is the annual event of the EAIVT Members and Partners. All car dealers, distributors, service providers or associations in the automotive industry can apply for participation in the event. The prerequisite is that the applicant company has been on the market for at least 3 years and that they can provide references from current EAIVT Members.
The organizers expressly reserve the right not to admit companies to the EAIVT Congress who are not eligible in the above sense or whose reputation and ethics do not meet the expectations of the organizers.
Payment
All fees are payable upon booking and registrants will be issued an invoice with all payment coordinates. For add-on bookings on-site a valid credit card is required to complete the booking.
Amex, Visa and Master Cards are accepted.
Personal Cancellation / Event Cancellation
Company or participant cancellations, in full or in part, are possible until 16 May 2024, against a processing fee of 25% of the cancellation volume. After 16 May 2024 this is no longer possible.
