Participation and Cancellation Terms
The EAIVT International Markets Congress is the main annual meeting of the EAIVT Members.
External companies, such as traders, distributors, service providers or associations in the automotive industry can apply for participation in the event. The prerequisites are that the company has been on the market for at least 3 years and 2 EAIVT Members are required to give a positive reference in favour of the applicant.
The organizers expressly reserve the right not to admit any companies to the event who are not eligible in the above sense or whose reputation and ethics do not meet the expectations of the organizers.
There is a limited number of tickets for external companies and participation is granted on a first-come-first-served basis.
Payment
All fees are payable upon checkout on the registration form. Payment must be done on-line via STRIPE. Registrants will receive their booking confirmation and invoice by email.
Personal Cancellation / Event Cancellation
For the EAIVT International Markets Congress 2025, company or participant cancellations, in full or in part, are possible against a processing fee of 30% of the cancellation volume until the 1st of May 2025. After this date cancellation is no longer possible. The same applies if we, the organizers, have to cancel the event due to force majeure such as civil or natural disasters or also epidemics.
